Are any purchases final sale?
Earrings, customs or personalized pieces and sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Custom pieces require additional production time and are typically processed within 10-14 days before shipping. Once shipped delivery times will be vary based on the selected shipping method.
